8am. Get to work.
9am-5pm. Clock in. Work all day. Stress. Meet deadlines.
5pm-6pm. Work your way through rush hour traffic.
6-8pm. Get kids ready for bed, homework, dinner.
8pm. Finally check email and scan through hours of pointless emails.
Typical day of the average internet marketer? I went through that routine for countless years (minus the kid's part). You're busy. Here's how you can save time, money, and get your business moving forward, if used wisely, by outsourcing.
Advantages of Outsourcing - The "A-List."1. Save time.
2. Save money.
3. Find someone to a $5-$10 job faster, better, easier than you.
4. Rich Dad Poor Dad Style - find people that are smarter than you in their fields and surround yourself with them.
Only outsource with a purpose - why are you outsourcing task XYZ. Do you even really need to do this task right now? Do you think it's important to your business or is it just busy work?
When writing a job description on any of the freelance boards, you must be as descriptive as possibly. When you write a post, write as many action steps as you can.
Step 1. Open your browser.
Step 2. Open Google and do a search on "how to make money online."
Step 3. Report back to me what you find.
Simple, straight forward and there is no ambiguity or confusion as to what the task is at hand.

ReplyDeleteOutsourcing is a double-edged sword; if you have a clear idea of what you're doing then it could make you successful, otherwise it could just make you waste more of your precious time and money. That is why it's important to learn everything there is to know about it before actually taking action.
It has lots of benefits, but it doesn't mean it's that easy. Whenever you get to read an article about how cost effective it is, you tend to forget what you need to do in order to achieve that goal and make it effective.
Outsource wisely and make good use of those advantages.
